I’m Kelley Marko, founder of ScaleCraft Growth Consulting LLC. We work with B2B companies that are building, scaling, and preparing for what’s next — whether that’s a funding round, new GTM push, or strategic exit.

Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles in marketing, product management, and sales at Apprise Software, Global Crossing, and AT&T, providing me with a well-rounded, cross-functional view of how marketing collaborates across the organization to drive revenue growth.
Why I started ScaleCraft.
After years of leading in-house teams, I saw an increasing need for strategic marketing and hands-on leadership among growth-phase companies, especially during times of transition.
